June 27 Day #3 Camp




Well we were able to beat the rain again and make a great day of it. We went to the Spring House for mobility warm up, a plyo (jumping session) and then hit the Brucie ball court. Athletes were able to focus on good form and athletic stance in their jumps. I let the athletes hit the pool for some B ball and fun before we went back to OMS for lunch and hit the road for a workout at a cool gymnastics studio. Mariel lead the kids in some awesome movement and tumbling drills. She also was able to have a little routine for all kinds of equipment at the gym, from a ceiling rope climb to a tumble tramp track. Lots of great tricks were had by the kids!!!
