JUNE 28th DAY #4 Camp Strength and leaping




We had great weather today and it was nice to workout outside!!
We did a strength workout in the AM consisting of a rubber band stepping session. Then we did hill sprints and partner carrys with some bounding. We moved on to chain running and pushing My KIA!!!!!
We Then loaded the team and headed to Little rock pond for some hiking and swimming. Lunch at the pond on the rocks. The leap was tough and some took it!!!!!:)
