Tue    SL      lift/strength
Wed   SL      Agility/cardio
Thur  SL      strength Plyo
Fri     SL       Recovery
Sat (should be off for racers!)  Few slalom runs be good with Weekend crew
SUN   SL  *Bunny USSA SL race*  George (lead)
Mon off!
