No OMS Sunday Dryland Sept 9th and 16th!!
Hi all it is hard to believe summer is just about passed.
I will not be running sessions the next two Sundays, my apologies! I will be in Lake Placid this Sunday for the U 14 USSA camp and the 16th is Fit Day @ OMS front lawn this year, Sweet!!!!
